An Open Letter to Dr. Marty Becker

Dr. Marty Becker

Dear Dr. Becker,

I write you today due to a rumor that you might be joining Amazon CARES on a Veterinary Volunteer trip!  That would be incredible!

You would be joining other prominent vets that have volunteered for CARES.  See videos of them in the Amazon!
I temper my excitement with the realistic fear that I have been subjected to a misguided rumor on Facebook.  Thank you Dr. Patrick Mahaney for sending me this Facebook screen shot.   As you read the comments, one near the bottom states that you will be coming to Peru with a documentary crew!  Please let it be true!

I would be thrilled to work with you in any capacity.  As the pet expert for the AARP, maybe we could build a trip for retired veterinarians that want to explore the world!  Please contact me and let´s discuss adventure and helping animals in a culture that is new to the concept of humane treatment for domestics.

Sincerely,

Molly Mednikow
